Beautiful boutique hotel in the best location. We had the family room which had plenty of space. Very attentive staff. The hotel is set up like a riad and is simply fantastic

Thanks a lot to the wonderful staff. I liked that place very much. The number of rooms is small and the living situation is more private due to this. The Hotel is located in the middle of Phuket Old Town. So you have easy access to the night life. May favorite staff was Super Sarah. Thanks again for the icecream.

If you really have to go to Phuket Town, look for other place. Your luggage and belongings are not not so safe in this hotel. You get a loud music from the bar across the street and swimming pool is a joke.

We loved the simple, old world charm of the hotel. The biggest plus for the place are: - it's location. You can walk to all happening places in old town. - lovely, helpful staff. Right from Giorgi, the manager to Sarah, Monica & the rest of the team, they all made us feel so welcome. We were even given a location map print out, with everything clearly marked, as we set out on our saunter. Be aware, however, that you ask for the ground floor room in case you can't navigate stairs.

Really cute hotel near many attractions. Be careful in the stairs as some steps are of uneven height, and our bathroom even had some uneven height from the main room to the bathroom and some more height difference in the shower. Unfortunately the bar across the street plays so loud music that it sounds like you're having your window open when it isn't, so it's almost impossible to sleep until they close. At the night we were there, they stopped playing at 11.30 pm. The staff is really helpful, service oriented and kind. Out of all the hotels I visited on this trip, they were the best ones ☺️

Great staff and lovely location. Everything is so nice here, but if you get a street facing room you won't sleep well until midnight due to a live music venue right outside. At least pack ear plugs to be safe.

We stayed for 3 nights. Excellent location. Excellent care and cleanliness and friendly and helpful staff. I would improve the breakfast coffee.
